It was cold in London on this night and snow flurries were making photography uncomfortable. 45148 waits at St. Pancras before heading north with the overnight newspaper train to Huddersfield on 1 March 1986.Previous | NextClass 31 No. 31438 was shunting some engineers wagons in Acton South Yard when I caught it crossing the Grand Union Canal on 29 October 1988.
